Note for UK Air Freight

*The shipment is expected to be received within 7-15 working days from the flight day.
* The shipping fee of the order will be provided after the shipment arrives at the Malaysia’s warehouse. (expected 3-5 working days after departure)
*According to the standard “air freight” algorithm, the actual weight collected is based on the “actual weight” or “volume weight”, depending on which weight is higher. The volume weight algorithm is (length X width X height) cm/5000= volume
*Sensitive goods need additional RM5/ kg, and the minimum shipment from sensitive channels is 10KG
* If the package does not indicate the MP code, USD 5 will be charged as the package search fee.
*Some goods depend on the volume of transportation. Details of the product also need to be provided by the customer so that customer service can verify the correct shipping channel with the airline.

Delivery Guide

（1）It is possible to delay the arrival of parcel information because of an 8 hour time difference between Malaysia and UK. (update the parcel information after unpacking and scanning the package upon arrival)
（2）According to the standard “air freight” algorithm, the actual weight collected is based on the “actual weight” or “volume weight”, depending on which weight is higher. The volume weight algorithm is (length X width X height) cm/5000= volume
（3）7 to 10 working days from the date of departure to provide freight; 13-15 working days expected to receive
（4）Large quantities of sensitive goods need to be added RM5/ kg (special sensitive channels) * special code name: minggan-mpxxxxx is required
* some goods need to see the transport volume and decide which channel to use for transport, details need to inform by the customer so that customer service can verify the correct shipping channel with the airline
（5）Package quantity: 1-10 packages = free collection fee, RM1 / package for more than 10 packages. If a single package is larger than 50KG, no package collection fee will be charged.
（6）If the customer does not confirm the details of commodity transportation, please consult our overseas customer service to confirm the correct channel of transportation. If the customer’s parcel of customs clearance leads to the loss or detention of the package, our company will not be responsible.
（7）Recommended to purchase insurance for the package, full compensation has been obtained; If no insurance is purchased, the maximum compensation under the regulations is $50.
